Email support@interviewpro.ai from the Gmail address used for Interview Pro. Include the page or workflow where the issue occurred and a non-sensitive error message. Never send your password, Firebase token, payment details, or private resume unless support requests a specific safe excerpt.

You can manage account access and subscription controls from Profile & account. For deletion instructions, see the account deletion page. For payment questions, include the approximate date and product surface; Stripe remains the payment processor for Stripe transactions.
